Town & Country is one of San Diego's most storied hospitality assets — and one of its most ambitious reinventions. The multi-million-dollar renovation and repositioning of this Mission Valley landmark transformed a 954-room convention property into a modern 675-room resort destination, purpose-built for the way today's guests live, gather, and work. By programming excess land for over 1,000 apartment units, BrandView increased the property's land value by $15 million at acquisition — and secured $33 million in equity capitalization from an institutional investor — unlocking the vision for a true mixed-use destination with expanded outdoor spaces, new gathering areas, and a residential layer that gives the property a genuine sense of place.
