BrandView acquired and repositioned the property to serve as a premier destination for marketing agencies, branding firms, and culturally relevant commercial tenants — sitting directly beneath the iconic Venice sign, the building has hosted everything from Christian Dior's 2022 Men's Fashion Show to creative pop-up activations.
